Summer Program
여름 프로그램
Our summer program has begun! As I write, we are deep into our open youth session. Last weekend we had a special session for young college leaders from around the country. So far, we have not seen the sun since over a week ago and it has rained many days during that time. We've also had a lot of fog. People from other parts of the country just don't seem to believe us when we say "Bring warm clothes!" We have been sharing a lot of our winter stuff with people.
여름 프로그램이 드디어 시작했습니다! 청소년 노동학교가 성황리에 진행됐습니다. 그전주에는 젊은 대학생 리더들을 위한 특별한 프로그램이 있었습니다.
지난 한 주 동안 해가 나지 않고 계속 비와 구름속에서 지냈습니다. 다른 지역에서 오시는 분들은 우리가 "따뜻한 옷을 가져오세요!"라고 하면 잘 믿지 않습니다.
서늘한 날씨가 계속돼서 저희가 가진 겨울 장비들을 함께 나누었습니다.
However, it is going very well now in spite of the weather and our very primitive conditions. We have a strong sense of God being in control. We have had to be very flexible, changing our plans from day to day, even hour to hour, but we can see how He is guiding everything for His purposes. We truly appreciate all the prayers offered up on our behalf and trust that you will continue to offer them up. We do need those prayers and God's wisdom, strength and stamina. Praise God for His faithfulness!
날씨와 불편한 상황에도 불구하고 모두 잘 지내고 있습니다. 하나님이 모든 상황을 다스리고 계시다는 것을 강하게 느낄 수 있습니다. 날씨로 인해 시시 때때로 계획을 수정해야 하는 상황이었지만, 하나님께서 그분의 계획대로 모든 것들을 인도해주셨습니다. 우리를 위해 기도해주신 분들께 진심으로 감사드리고 또 계속해서 기도해주실 것을 믿습니다. 중보기도와 하나님의 지혜와 능력과 힘이 절실히 필요한 기간입니다. 하나님의 신실하심을 찬양합니다!
We have one open general session coming up that still has a few openings. If anyone is interested, let us know.
August 17-20: Open--General session for college age and adults.

We continue the preparation process for the school. We have a special session of our summer program the first week of August for potential teachers, parents and students. We ask your prayers for this session.
학교를 위한 준비과정이 계속되고 있습니다. 내년 개교를 앞두고 교사 지원자들과 학생 학부모들을 대상으로 8월 첫째주에 여름 프로그램이 있을 예정입니다.
Not too long ago, we had a dinner here at the Three Seas Ranch for business and civic leaders from our city of Taebaek. This was the first opportunity that we have had to present our plans to a local audience. It went very well. We are confident that we will receive significant support locally. This is critically important to us as we move forward.
얼마전에 태백지역 지도자들을 모시고 삼수령 목장에서 저녁식사를 나누고 학교 설명회를 가졌습니다. 지역분들에게 우리의 현재 계획을 나눈 첫번째 모임이었고, 순조롭게 진행되었습니다. 몇몇 분들이 중요한 도움을 주실 것을 확신하고 있습니다. 이 모임은 우리 계획을 진행하는 데 있어서 매우 중요합니다.
In September, we will be selecting our teachers. We have a good number of prospect who interested. Please pray for this process as well.
9월에는 교사를 선정할 계획입니다. 관심있으신 분들이 꽤 지원해주셨는데, 이 모든 과정을 위해 기도해 주시기 바랍니다.
